2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
ANS:-
I want to be leader of the NG because I feel like threw all my time in Grand Rp I have been HC in so many organizations and it has taught me how to run an organization with strong leadership qualities and making sure to have people that are HC to make sure they know what to do with that rank I would also implant more training and trying to make NG strong with numbers as many leaders in the past NG is one of the more harder organization and many leaders haven’t even completed 1 successful term I would try my best to get threw 2 terms with low warns or maybe without any warns I would also make sure to always have people at the gates during gatekeeping hours I would also do more state waves to continue bringing people into the organization I also feel with all my past experiences as Assistant chief II of LSPD,AG in NG, COS in SAHP and COS in GOV. That I could really do good for the NG if given the opportunity as leader.

If I get leadership of NG I would make sure that organization doesn’t have any toxicity what so ever making sure that people can come in NG and have fun while doing what they are supposed to and make money as well I would implement more bonus for active members doing events as I feel if you give more bonus people will show up to more events a lot of people that know me from EN03 they know I’m a hard worker and I’m very nice to everyone if given the opportunity I would also like to use the opportunity to be able to use the cool vehicles that the NG has I feel that they don’t really get used a lot like they should be.

My advice for improving roleplay is to make NG strong and get a leader who can do 2 successful terms and with good numbers and low warns also making NG more active at events such as store robberies and etc if given the opportunity I would try to do all of those things I really feel like I could run NG to the next level that hasn’t been done or seen before with my strong knowledge I really hope for a good response wish everyone luck NG ON TOP!! ~ANIKET
