I have proof that the panels were not UB. This was confirmed by Bulk Kaizen in my discord DM. I have provided the proof then as well.
With all due respect, I want to know the reason of getting the punishment again. And As I will be loosing my panels I would request a refund/compensation. Thank You!

In addition to the above proof, its of last month when I have shared the same to Bulk Kaizen and he agreed on the same.

its around 8:15 am early in the morning when i was checking after get UB panel complain ... its all 3 solar undershade no sunlight at that time and location have roof over there .. so i gave punishment .. may be i was wrong .. i have proof when i review there ...

Solar panel must be placed under the SUN that's why they are called SOLAR
