2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I want to be leader of BALLAS as when i first came into city my first gang was BALLAS i grinded there for some time the deputies and high commands helped me to be more better gang member
- I think BALLAS gang have lot of potential in them and they need just a best leader to help them with things and make the gang better with doing events and all stuff and I have seen the mistakes that the past leaders have done and I learned from the mistakes and I won't make it in my term and I saw everyone that they say ballas is not a good gang but I will make sure that ballas would get the most members
- Lastly i want to be leader of BALLAS as a leader i will host events like Store robbery , Gun store , Hostage Situation , Fz and we will also make sure we attend Every clands with minimum 5gang member and we will also attend subs , battleship etc
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- First i will make a bonus system like
Every event attended - 4.5k
Store / Gun Store Attended - 9.5k
- I will hire some experienced event leaders who will lead events
- I will hire Best experienced Deputy who will manage the gang in absence of me
- I have goal to Complete 100% turf
- Make sure gang is active
- We will hire some good turfers for captures
- I will hire some ghetto clapper to make a good reputation at Ghetto
