Harry Barnes was born in Stockholm, Sweden, on March 16, 1971. Growing up in a challenging environment without his mother, he was raised by his hardworking father, who as a receptionist at the FIB building struggled to provide for them. Despite his father's modest income, he prioritized Harry's education. However, Harry's life took a different turn during his teenage years when he befriended a person named Jayden in Taiwan, who introduced him to the darker side of the streets. When his father learned that Harry was skipping school, he brought him back to Sweden. Back in Sweden, Harry joined a local gang and found himself in trouble, leading to a seven-month prison sentence. After his release, he was determined to turn his life around and completed his education.
Career Story:
Harry's transformation began when he decided to join the army, using the skills he had gained from his time in the gang to excel in the National Guard. Over the years, he rose through the ranks to become Lt. Colonel and head of the National Guard's special forces. Following a change in leadership, Harry transitioned to the Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) and quickly climbed the ranks, ultimately becoming the Commander of SWAT. This experience taught him valuable combat and leadership skills. However, when the leadership of the LSPD changed once again, and Harry was not offered a position, he decided to explore new challenges.
Not content with the lack of excitement in LSPD, he applied to the Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB) and was accepted. He received promotions within the organization, eventually becoming the Head of the Department of Special Activities Unit (SAU). Harry anticipated a more challenging and rewarding future at FIB. Despite his transformation, a part of him remained loyal to Jayden and the Swedish gang that had influenced his early years.
Outcomes:
1- Can let suspects go free if they're in his family and aid them in escaping.
2- Can take bribes.
3- Will use any gun, illegal or legal, on duty or off duty (No org weapons off duty).
4- Will have illegal or legal guns in his trunk that are bought from the black market or found on the ground.
5- Will buy and sell illegal and legal weapons to help his family and work (No org weapons).
6- Will be able to work with criminals/informants to pay and be paid for information.
7- Can use drugs.
