2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2a. I want to be leader of SAHP because I have been in this project for over 3 years and in that time I have learned the ins and outs of the legal side of RP here and that opened my eyes to problems that haven't been highlighted on as much and fixed and my goal is to make the term the best it can possibly be maintaining all aspects of RP as much as possible and as quickly and professionally as possible.
2b. Another reason I want to be the leader of SAHP is because I have seen time and time again that this org has had activity issues and I want to work hard internally to fix that by including regular checks and reminders to be as active as possible. Also by including new immersive activities the patrol officers will be able to do, including doing tasks for the organization for bonuses and logging correctly and such insuring the officers will not be bored.
2c. Lastly I will be sure to have a good and intensive HR team to be sure to handle everyone issues internally for reasons like instead of taking it out OOC or even to making sure logs are being filled out correctly and that is all included in having a good working and cohesive working HR team which I will strive to have if I do get leader.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3a. I will make sure people will use more RP commands than ever because I want a clear and fun Roleplay space with SAHP as i've seen some people in the past not care about agents using them or not and they got in trouble for it which is something I will make sure to steer clear from. (Basic thing to add but is something basic slim to none people could do correctly.)
3b. Having experience as a trainer can be beneficial for an organization in several ways. Some potential benefits include enhanced team cohesion and communication. Training can help employees better understand their roles and responsibilities, as well as the overall goals and objectives of the organization. This can lead to improved teamwork and communication. Training can help employees feel more invested in their work and motivated to contribute to the organization's success. This would increase great roleplay in SAHP because with someone that knows how to lead and train correctly the org will be the best it has ever been.
3c. I will make things for my officers to do in the organization to keep them engaged like celebrations to when each officer gets promoted or something in the department happens that supports the organization I will be more than willing to to reward them. Other things like frequently scheduled meetings that ensure the swiftness of the workers and to make sure everyone is on track for work.
