2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Through my LEO experience, I have always looked up to the FIB. I have always considered and known FIB as the elites!
Through my LEO days, I made sure to work very closely with the FIB and its agents.
When I did get leadership of SAHP, my biggest priority was to maintain great relationships with all other organizations, and thankfully i managed to do so.
FIB is full of action, from busts to raids and everything in between, with a great RP standard brought my having such experienced role-players in the org, and i plan on helping those with less experience to build it by my organization. We will have a positive environment where the agents want to do well, With that, every single agents potential will be brought out, we will keep a keen eye on everyone, and everyone that can help the originations thrive will be brought to the position. i said the following in my past SAHP application and I'll say again, I am a huge believer in a reward for good rather than punish for bad. With a reward system the agents are doing the roleplay out of there choice and not because of a threat of strikes/their position.
Another reason: Back quite a few months ago, I was leader of SAHP, I had a great time, and thankfully i can say that the troopers that were in my organization had a great time. When I did finish my term in SAHP, i said " I'll be back right back for another time of leadership". Till this day, i have still have those from SAHP that are messaging me, saying they are waiting for that promise to become true. So i am here, stronger than ever, ready to make FIB a success like never before.
The next reason is: Having said FIB are the elites, I have been in FIB, under Omer Hill and others, I worked my way up and thankfully joined the High command team. Working as the DHOD of SAU and being HC of UC. I have seen how FIB has run and wish to maintain its elite status. We will have a departments which will fit for everyone. If they are better at paperwork there will be plenty of that. I plan of having a 24 hour 7 days a week recruitment. Meaning no one will get turned down to help us.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
There are louds of ways to make the quality of FIBs roleplay a higher standard. Onne is simply by making rules which will improve the roleplay.
I'll be constantly looking out for the low ranks in the organization. I will never allow a disconnect from low ranking to high, my aim will be to move everyone up from low to high. I will also hold everyone accountable for actions and this will bring the relationships between the organization and the citizens closer.
My next way to improve is i wont be afraid to try new things, We will test new RP methods, if it shows to be a success, I will continue with it, if it doesn't, it will be fazed out.
my final way to improve the roleplay is my eliminating toxicity, there has been a thing surrounding FIB that the organization is toxic. It generally comes from other organizations that don't know much about the great organization but i will do everything in my power to make sure we never get misread in that way, We will work with them no against them and they will know that.
