1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life? Through my RP life I have always aspired to become an administrator. Through my leadership term i worked very closely with the administrators and made me want to join the great team. I believe I an become a great asset to the team and bring my 100% devotion to the server. I Will hit my targets and be as active as ever. Through my 4,700 hours that steam tells me I have been on GTA, a 95% would have been on grand-rp, Would be a bit of afk time but mainly me being an active role-player. After working my way though the roleplay ranks I have finally decided to come back to my administration application, I have pursued once in the past but unfortunately didn't make it through the interview.
2. What positions have you held in the city?
In crime i have been a High command in a few gangs, Don't particularly remember which rank each, but have been in ballas and bloods.
In the State area, I will say the highest positions in each org, SAHP i have been successful leader, LSPD i have been a HOD, I think also a COS but cant confirm 100%, EMS, have been neurosurgeon, In FIB i have been a DHOD, and other HC positions. (Crime and State)
3. What are your strengths? I am super problem solver, I am also very experienced in de-scalation. I have used these skills alot. I am also a very clear english speaker, and writer, with english being my native, It will help for when players don't understand well, I can speak a very clear english and clear the communication.
4. What are your weaknesses? I have a very hard time remembering rules by numbers, other than the simple ones like GZ1.1 and GR6.3, I also get stuck on work which i start, so once i start it, its very hard to move away and till it sorted. This can be perceived as a strength and a weakness.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team? passion and professionalness, I hold myself to very high standards. And with those high standards come great and passionate work. I will bring commitment and friendly face.
