They killed us in green zone to get candies, that's bug abuse cuz we can't kill them or punch them, so I think they are LEOs to punch us in GZ

It is an event for the entire server, instead of just watching them come up you could have started running right away. Even if they are LEOs it doesn't matter, have fun, run. This is not a bug and therefore not bug abuse.
