Good morning, I am the player with ID 5124 and I have been (permanently) blocked on the grounds that I have broken general rule 6.3 - "It is forbidden to empty an organization's warehouse for personal use". I present the reasons that I think this sequence was given by the wrong ones:
1 - According to the Portuguese dictionary, the word "esvaziar" means the following: 1. "make empty", 2. "despejar, exhaust". Now, as we were able to control through the logs, at some point I emptied the org for personal use. Like (almost) all ORG members, retired weapons, ammo, and vests from the warehouse for use in ORG events, however, there is quite a difference between emptying a warehouse and some items for use in events. Also, the only items they had with me from the ORG were 1 weapon and 1 vest (add here more with the same identity as the day before and still didn't have time to return (situation that occurs with approximately all members) in all orgs and which frankly seems to me to be a normal thing and not a "theft").
2 - If eventually it's a misconceived rule 6.3, in that case, I don't think it's the correct translation of the case of a player error that has nothing to do with the players.
3 - No ORG element (including a high-ranking Leader) informed members that it was necessary to return items EVERY day after events. This is easily recognized as a fact that (included) punishments are given to members of the rule (RG) and immensity of members of the list of included items (RG) are given. (edited)
4 - If the rule was broken by practically all ORG members, why were only 5-6 players punished? The rule is the same for everyone and there cannot be different punishments for those who break the same rule. 5 - In my specific case, when I was informed yesterday that they were giving punishments for this rule, I entered the game to return the few things I had from the previous day's events and it was no longer possible for me to return it because I had been expelled. of the ORG by the leader. 6 - Rule 6.3 states that it is not allowed to empty the warehouse for personal use, however, as I said above, in addition to never having emptied the warehouse, at no time did I use the items I had with me from the ORG for personal use. They were always used in the context of ORG events, and in some cases I even had to use my own and non-ORG ammunition in events. I always followed the rules of the server and I was never punished, so the punishment that was given to me seems unfair, because according to what is written in the rule, I never emptied the org warehouse. I hope that the administration can understand the reasons I presented and, if possible, reverse the punishment that was given to me.
Any questions I am available to clarify. Thanks
Respectfully i think as the same as some buddy of mine like fonas, we got wrongfully banned
can you do something?
