• I want to be leader of families as I can’t see families in terrible condition the difficulties they are facing that can’t be express they aren’t getting a good Boss to manage their gang they are always getting clapped by other gangs and now I want to change that thing I want to change the whole system of ghetto and if I get the chance to be the Leader of families I would change the lifestyle who lives on grove street and provide them a better gangster life it’s my promise to all Families Gang Member ​

• Secondly why should I only get this opportunity that’s not only because I have a quite good background of being a gangster it all about my Leadership spirit and quality I myself think that I can be the best person To Lead Families because I have that spirit to make it the best gang i love the Grove Street I BLEED GREEN Because I think I have been born in grove street I have gone through with the same difficulties I have seen my brother working for the gang but they couldn’t achieve I have saw lot of Leader who couldn’t manage but i have the spirit to make and keep once again Families the owner of Ghetto region. I have gone through the mistakes that the old Leaders have made and I will make sure I don’t repeat any of them.​

• Lastly If I get the opportunity to be the leader of Families and manage the gang I would take a step and Make a huge changes in Our Bonus system because we all work is for Money if. My gang members don’t get proper bonuses why would they work and I don’t want to keep my gang members poor or they would keep continuing sleeping in streets I would make them buy a quite good house I just want them to work hard by supporting gangs by attending the events that I host Like going to Clands with 25members or atleast 5 or coming to Hostage Situations , Store Robbery , Gun store , Fz etc. I would also distribute the items that we get from fz to my gang members by that they can earn a little I have mentioned my Bonus system in Last .​

- I will hire some experienced event leaders who will lead events

- I will hire Best experienced Deputy who will manage the gang in absence of me

- I have goal to Complete 100% turf

- Make sure gang is activie

- We will hire some good turfers for captures

- I will hire some ghetto clapper to make a good reputation at Ghetto
