1. I have been a dedicated member of NG for an extended period, and my tenure has been marked by significant growth and learning. NG is the first legal organization I became a part of, and it holds a special place in my journey. I am eager to take on the role of leadership and contribute to making NG a more efficient and effective organization within the city.
Having gained valuable experience as a Under Deputy, I believe I possess the skills and passion required to restore NG to its former glory and elevate it to its previous standing.
2. To ensure the success of our organization, a solid strategy is essential. In my role as a leader, I will focus on recruiting new members regularly, with recruitment events scheduled at least twice a week. A strong organization requires a strong and growing membership.
3. I am committed to establishing clear criteria and minimum requirements for prospective NG soldiers. This includes a sound understanding of both city and organizational rules. My aim is to ensure that all members meet these standards to maintain a skilled and qualified NG team.

The National Guard will provide ammunition support to other legal organizations. This collaboration will foster stronger relationships and enhance the role-play elements with these organizations.
Ranks and Promotions:
I will review the department's rank structure to make it more realistic. Individual promotions will no longer be permitted; promotions will be awarded during official ceremonies, maintaining a sense of formality and unity.
Communication:
Active utilization of radios during duty hours will not only improve coordination among our members but also prove beneficial in various organizational scenarios.
Understanding of Rules and Laws:
It is imperative that every member of our organization possesses a thorough understanding of both OOC (Out of Character) Rules and IC (In Character) Laws. This knowledge is essential for elevating the quality of role-play within our organization while avoiding rule violations.
