Rejected Warning appeal for Fear RP | Arda Tateman, Sierra Victor

I was in my head on the side of the Highway away from my PC for about 15 mins. I started getting messages saying that i had been demorganed for Fear Rp by Arda Tateman. I cam back to my PC to see that it was indeed true and i was in demorgan. I asked an admin to come to me so i can find out what happened and to see if anything could be done as i wasnt at my PC at the time. I dont have any video proof of the situation but i have a link in proofs of some photos. Sierra Victor then replied and didnt not want to help at all and was being kind of rude about the whole situation. So please if there is any POV of me breaking any rules i would love to see that also i am the DA of NG and would not get my self demorgan for Fear RP as i know better. Please let me know if there is anything you can do. I was away from my PC when it happened i have tried to explain that and Sierra Victor doesnt want to listen. I have attached an Imgur Link below with some proof of Sierra Victor not willing to help at all.
