We had a 10-15 for State Issued Articles and Failure to Comply, We took a while to get his charges together and I had to call a 4 door down to take him, when we arrived on highway randomly his friends appeared ready to rob us, it was clear metagaming as he was handcuffed and in the back of our car, when I confront them on this in OOC chat, they look suprised and scared.
