need help regarding stealing cars

I got a tattoo in my face, but when i try to take the order it shows "you are not a gangstar".
Is that mandatary to be in a gang or will it work if i was in unofficial family.
Or is there any other solution?
Can anyone please tell me, Can i steal car from Green zone?

You can rob cars in an unnoficial family, and robbing cars in a green zone is a BIG no no. You can get a punishment for it, a greenzone is where is criminal activities is prohibited.
