2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I want to be the leader of Famillies because I have been in grand rp for a long time, including( en2 adminship) and my en3 experience , and I have participated in almost all organizations,including gang, and leo, and served as high command in most of them.and I have made many friends and acquaintances.I know that my organization will be very crowded on the first day I become leader.As I said in my previous applications,I am very good at gang and we finished our term very well when I was the Vagos Deputy against Leos.I did many events such as hosting sit and made sure the gang was very active.Now I want do to the same as a leader.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization
I want to start with the most important thing.Every person in my organization will have respect and love for everyone.Even though we rp,RPing against the rules is not possible in my organization.Secondly,we will attend the events in large numbers because I want to ensure dominance in the ghetto.Thirdly,I will set up the command chain very well.I will do this especially with people who have previous gang experience.My deputies will be people who I hope will be active and obey the rules.My deputies will manage the events when I am not active.and, I will be just to everyone, no matter who they are.Everyone who participates in the events and concributes to the organization will benefit from the bonus system (etc top shooter in clands).The bonus system is also very important to me because I was doing this system very well when i was a deputy of Vagos
