𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗜𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝟭 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆.I have witnessed a lot of individuals disobeying the law.
