Yesterday I was doing my duty as an FBI and the pov was working without any problems. At three o'clock in the evening, server time, I returned my weapons and armor and i go off duty. Then, at about five o'clock, I saw that they had a special mission and needed help. I went and started recording and everything was fine. After Black Market Red, I returned to HQ. i was afk and i go to pray when i came i saw my game freeze i restart my game after running easy anti cheat it say error when i click oky i got bleu screen and my pc restart . after my pc restart i found that my record was corrupt and admin vishwa ask me for my pov from black market i tried to fix that but i didnt i know that u must hav pov but its not my problem i was recording and u can check those pic my record was on im asking for a chance if that is possible because i really like to play on this project + if u want to check i hav my record from yesterday when i was on duty all exept this one when my pc crash

You say u didn't know thta u must have POV from each event as it's said in rules - but it's not your problem?
Well Rules says NO pov 30 Days ban - now u know it
