My car was outside the ghetto and he killed me while I was in my car and from my POV you can see the area where he shooting does not have RED ZONE TEXT and the player did not come to the area until after i get to my car

I stand by my decision. You went into the ghetto and ran out again. Considering that it is borderline ghetto there I don't see any reason to punish either of you.
