Hello dear admin Tyrell,

In my forum the guy I reported got a warning for GR 6.4 which is corruption without bio and within 2-3 hours I saw in the game that you removed his warning. The forum link I mentioned is in the proofs so you can check. I don't think removal of his warning is fair.


After that I asked about how it happened and this is how you responded:

Unfortunately I couldn't find any admin complaint about this situation. He deserved a punishment but you removed it even though it was clearly seen that he was doing RDM to me as an police officer. Well I wouldn't be here complaining but I want this to go further examination. Thank you very much for your time and efforts in advance.

The reason I reconsidered my punishment for that thread is simple. His POV showed he got shot many times without any warning. Clearly there were rulebreaks on both sides. He explained me that the situation was rough and he understood that he shouldn't just open fire on someone with no gun, but he thought you were the one shooting him. In my eyes, everyone in the server is here to have fun and I honestly believe he simply made a mistake. I decided to reconsider my punishment to him because rules were broken on both sides, which then makes it even if both don't get punished (as I couldn't find the actual people shooting him).

In the end this complaint will be reviewed by Alex or James of course, this is just my point of view. I simply try and be fair to everyone.

That was not me who shot him. Still he has no reason to kill me without demands or anything. This is not making my game enjoyable at all when the person who needs to get punished doesn't get his punishment just because he is a cop. I am so done with this its so unfair

Correct, the person was not you as seen in the POV's but IC'ly it is (based on both POVs) understandable that he thought you were. The fact that your family members were shooting him made it (IC) really hard for him to see who shot him, as seen in his POV. People make mistakes and he did. He spend most of his time in jail the moment I revoked the warning, I think the jailtime was deserved and it should stay with that and should remain IC. People make mistakes, so does everyone.

Again, the final decision is up to Alex and James, but based on both POV's I personally believe that the time in jail made sure this person has learned his lesson and the warning should not be needed.

Since when the punishment for RDM is demorgan? I am not even mentioning this was corruption clearly. Even if he though it was me, he didn't give me demands. Would you kill a person without weapons standing there looking at you, not attacking you or anything or would you just basically put her on cuffs?

Admins please look at this situation objectively and decide in a fair way. Just because he is a cop shouldn't mean he gets lesser punishment than normal players.

Correct, at the same time why were you there? FearRP should also be applied then to people hanging around in a gunfight, in my eyes the punishment was fair.

That is my family house and I have the right to be there. I don’t see 3 weapons aiming at me and first shot was not aiming at me. There is no gun fight until I died, there is only 1 shot towards police car, I am fearing for my life after that first shot and running around as you can see in my Pov and then he killed me directly. After I died they made it a gun fight and how can I scare for my life when I was dead already? I only see officer coming to me and killing me without saying anything. Also just because I am in the scene doesn’t mean I should be killed. This is my final response as well.
