- I hope Bunta expects a good leader.
- Im here (In the city) for around 18 Months + i
have great experience in LEO and Gangs side. I was Deputy and Under Deputy on Bunta 2 terms.
- Also I'm from an unofficial family (I'm the leader) we have to do Hostage and Store every week. But gangs have more activities to do.
- I have personally great experience handling big teams.
- A problem that seems too big to me personally. The bonus system of the gang is very disgusting. i will fix it
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- First of all, try to reduce favoritism as much as possible because
- we have to focus on recruitment We must take care when recruiting people so as not to break any rules of the city. For which we have to ask them a little harder question.
- Personally, I don't like toxic people at all. In my opinion, it is better to stay away from these people Because they are capable of ruining many relationships but don't care about rules.
- Without a doubt, our team management foundation must be very strong. Keeping vigilance at all times to ensure that no rules and regulations are broken and that rules are respected.
- Last and final, I will maintain good relations with everyone and take immediate action if anyone breaks the rules. Without thinking about what rank he/she is or what happens to me. I am hopeful that once these issues are fixed, the role play will be much improved
