Pulled up to a green zone, was killed while tabbed parked in my car and then carjacked while dead in the car. Want this player punished and my money for the loss and impound fee refunded. Rule 2.3 states black market is an unscripted GZ and it's known fact that entire area inside speed bumps is GZ.
