Approved VDM and RDM | ID 281445

I was getting ready to transport another player to the DOC for committing a crime when player ID 281445 started to VDM me for no reason, then as i came near the DOC, he rammed me into a tree before RDMing me, no demands were given, he just killed me. The video in the link shows everything, i know its a bit lengthy but you can skim through it aswell.
