Hello everyone,
Starting off, I love scrolling on forums whenever I’m free and not able to play and so as many people for various reasons. I see a big chance of improvement that can be added in forums to keep a high quality of participations around forum boards and keep us active even when we aint in-game.
Therefore I will suggest up my ideas and explain to you how it works and how it can be useful to the community. These forum ideas better be English implementation as its the global language and with the most amount of players in servers.
Boards will go under 2 categories; main Board and sub-boards. Main board is when you click on it you will see either regular topics or a sub-board which allows you to enter another page to find other topics in it.
Forum suggestions:
1- Adding a new main board called “News Board” that will include; Donation topic, FAQ, Server & Forum rules, and creating a new topic “Staff Roster” that will include all the names of current administrators in Grand RP, you may include an additional forum duties for admins who can be responsible for each board by its name, up to you. Basically every news that is important to share for the community such as events, updates, donations etc..
2- Adding a new main board called “Business” that will allow players to advertise their properties and products. For sellers and buyers who are asking for specific things. People may create their own businesses in this board such as creating designs and offering new things to the audience, etc. There must be a new rules topic to obtain a sustainable and clean board, I wont go for this kind of details but I can be more specific if needed. Basically it should cover the basic rules to have safe transactions between people and everything must be related to Grand Rp.
3- Adding a new board called “General Support / Questions board. That will include the FAQ and various other topics to help people understanding the game and forum related things, this will allow us help people to solve their game/forum related problems only which will be so useful and helpful.
# Add a sub-board for archives to keep things clean in main board.
4- Adding a new “Quality Assurance” board. Its basically same as Technical board. It will allow players to report any bug/technical issue in-game, bug reported topics and solved ones in much efficient way instead of poor discord.
5- Adding main board called “Adminstration board” and the sub-boards inside it would be; Ban appeals, Punishment appeals, Unfairness case, Complaints.
# People can appeal their forum/discord/server bans in Ban Appeals board.
# Unfairness Case board can be a specific board for anyone who wants to open up a complaint against someone with high roles in Grand RP such as admins and org leaders, etc.
# Complaints; self explanatory.
# Punishment appeals; people can appeal their in-game punishments such as warning or else with clear explanation of why they think its unfair to clear their guilt or have their punishment removed.
6- Adding board called “Community Positions” people can apply for any high community position, the more duties you have, the more community involvements you will have and this can be useful for those who spent decent amount of time in Grand RP to finally use their experience to help others in several ways. Org leaders and admins included.
7- Adding a main board called “Suggestions and Discussions” for the community to share their ideas and discuss certain improvements by their experience. This allows us all to grow and improve and participate in a noticeable way as a community member.
8- Adding a new board called “Guides and tutorials”, this board will allow the community to share their helpful videos or post threads that explains everything important in-game, such as jobs and many other mods ingame related only.
9- Adding a new main board called “ Community organizations” and the sub-boards will be; Law orgs, criminal orgs, civilian orgs maybe?. In each sub-board there can be a topic for applications and then organization names, every org can have their own board in forums to create whatever they like such as org Roster, their RP style, org History, org application center and their requirements with specific format for people to apply if they wish so and be interviewed later, etc. It would be wonderful.
- Adding forum ranks for community members. These ranks can be applied for in Community Positions board for everyone who meets the requirements. Rank Names;
# Junior Community Member - level one JCM
# Regular Community Member - level two RCM
# Senior Community Member - level three SCM
The requirements is up to the administrations of course but it will simply be focused on each user’s forum quality posts and his involvements within the Grand RP and from each level you the users have certain period of time to wait and be able to apply for the next rank. There can be demotion system by you as well in case someone is banned or else. Quality posts are made in official boards, its not taken from the chatting ones and useless posts as they’re general. Whoever applies for a rank must be checked by his history posts for the last certain period of days to measure their quality of helpful and useful posts.
These boards can be set right with good moderators to organize them with important sticky topics and explain the rules for each one and else, I can be more detailed regarding this matter as well. I would love to help actually, but you should put the trusted admins on these boards. I’m here anytime, just grateful and happy to be part of this community to be honest and do what I could to give a hand in its improvement and helping the community to become a better place.

Now as I have suggested forums related things why don’t we go in-game in depth for a little discussion.
A new organization system
Why dont we allow organizations to be created in game? opening applications for organizations would be a perfect idea for those who maintain a good amount of members, high activity, high level already, has spent enough time in their field of activity depends on which side they want to be at; Criminal, Law & Civilian. Then have them able to apply for their own organization Base, sub-board in forums, or have their organization home modified. Giving them little tweek perks such as vehicle/clothes skins for every level they achieve. Perhaps allowing orgs to be applied for in hard requirements it shouldn’t be easy to become “Official organization” it should set apart from officials and have them as “Unofficial organizations” not families, a better way to do this is allowing unofficial organizations to become official organizations when they apply for it once they meet the requirements. I will leave this open for discussions as for now.
