Approved 6.15 Fail RP Outside Ghetto Shooting at EMS | 40109 & 45326

Almost killed on duty delivering supplies to PH Hospital. Originally passed by two unconscious players. No active shooting seen in video. No one standing around downed players directing. Turned around on highway and attempted to revive one player and was almost killed. No warning was given before firing and only until almost dead and I had called player out did they stop. 6.15 specifically states: When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. I drove off when instructed to do so, but both players in pink vehicle are at fault of Fail RP.

• ID 40109 will receive a punishment for General Rule 6.12.
• ID 105424 will receive a punishment for Mixing.
