The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
The Event started as there was a Promotion Ceremony of EMS. EMS Chief is announcing promotions to their employees at Amphitheatre 1. The Gang members got the information that the EMS Chief was alone and there was no protection for him. They plan to take them all hostage and demand a lot of money from the government. So, they raid the promotion ceremony take the EMS Chief and all employees hostage and strap bomb jackets to the Chief. While this situation going on 1 EMS employee sneakily called the police 911 and informed them about the situation. After Getting the Call Leos is making a team so they can help the Chief at the Capitol. when they get prepared, they find another info that they have 10 minutes max to save the Chief or else the bomb will go off. If the Leos within 10 minutes save the Hostage and dispose of the bomb they will win. If the gang members kill all the Leos or keep the EMS Chief hostage for more than 10 min they will win.
Why this event:
Team bonding, Coordination between LEOs and Gangs, maintain communication and having some fun.
Role of Each Organization involved:
EMS - EMS employee.
LSPD/SAHP/FIB/NG/GOV: Must Save the EMS Chief and EMS employee.
Gangs: They need to maintain the hostage Situation.
Other organizations involved:
All orgs can participate 5 from each.
All Gangs can participate 5 from each.
Vehicles/weapons needed:
For EMS: none.
For LEOS: 5 Enus Cullinan Cars + Weapons: AR + Ammunition
For Gangs: 5 jugulars + Weapons: AR + Ammunition
Admin Requirements:
Providing All vehicles and Weapons.
Rules of the event:
No VDM.
How is the event won?
Gangs: If they maintain the Hostage Situation for more than 10 min or Kill all Leos .
LEOs: If they manage to Protect the EMS Chief and Defuse Bomb within 10 min.
Prize for the winner:
$500,000 - spread within all the Gangs/leos.
