1. I have been a loyal member of the gangs for a long time, and I know how to operate the gang. I believe this gives me a unique perspective that can help me lead the gang effectively.
2. I have experience leading in other orgs for example: I was high command in marabunta and I was also high command in FIB, and I believe that this experience can be translated to leading Bunta. I know how to communicate effectively and give tasks to right members to make sure that everyone is working towards the same goal.
3. I am passionate about the gang's history and its place in the city. I believe that we have a responsibility to uphold our reputation and protect our turf. As leader, I will make sure that we are respected and feared by other gangs and that our members are well taken care of.

• We will work on improving our communication skills. This includes using proper radio etiquette, clear and concise directions during activities, and making sure that everyone is on the same page before we start an event.
• We will collaborate with other gangs to create interesting and unique events. This could include joint robberies or hostage situations, and more. By working together, we can create more engaging and exciting roleplay experiences for everyone involved.
• We will make sure that everyone in the gang knows the server rules and follows them closely. This will help us to avoid unnecessary conflicts with other players and ensure that our roleplay is always top-notch.
