Hello,

For the past few days the game has been crashing and i have had some internet issues due to weather in my area. Today i have been in and out of the game, due to these reasons.
I went into my vehicle, opened my pda and lost my internet. The internet took a little while to come back on but when it did come back on i have now come to realise i have been banned for pda bug abuse.
I feel i have been banned for something that was unintentional and totally out of my control.
The time stated is 0:00 but in game time was around 17:15 as friends have told me.
Is there anything you can do about my situation please?

I wanted to add some information but i cannot find the edit button.

When i was in pda and lost the internet, i was pressing esc in the game but nothing was happening, after pressing esc and various other buttons for around 5 mins i realised i had lost internet, so i assumed the game had crashed. Im unsure when Kareem Zuma come to see me but it may have been a coincidence that this was the exact time it was all happening.

If you said the truth I'd give you a chance, but lying and saying you lost connection took you over 20 minutes to leave the server, and the entire story makes no sense and does not match what I saw in the admin's POV. Your ban will be extended for attempted deceiving admins.​
