2. Innovation and Adaptability: As a leader, I'd strive to bring innovation and adaptability to Marabunta Grande. The world is constantly changing, and being able to adapt to new circumstances is crucial. By encouraging a culture of innovation, we can stay ahead of the curve and navigate any obstacles that come our way.
3. Community and Support: Marabunta Grande is more than just an organization; it's a community. I would want to lead to ensure that the members feel supported and connected. A strong sense of community fosters loyalty and commitment, and I believe that a leader should prioritize the well-being and cohesiveness of the group.

3. I think that to make roleplay better higher ranks should be given to those who deserve those ranks who knows how to manage the organization and my second advice is that not only members and High Commands should participate in events but also the leader should because that motivates the rest of the gang members to participate in the events.
