Based on Server Time From what time until what time you play (Make sure to use AM , PM to make it clear): I work as a police officer in real life, and it two days on shifts during the evening, morning, and night then I have three days off for vacation. I play for over 7 hours a day and even more. I can tell I'm pretty active during my vacation and mostly in the evening till night. Sometimes, I start in the morning from 9 am till 10 pm, and sometimes it is from 2 pm till 4 am, depending on some breaks, of course.

1. Why do you want to become an admin? Hello. First of all, I want to clarify that I'm not that old in this community, but I have gone through the rules and everything to understand the basic mechanics in-game, forums, and discord. I would love to become an admin to bring justice and integrity while performing my duties as a staff member. I would be as helpful and kind to the community as possible to set a great impression on our state. I find many possibilities for changes and improvements and plenty of chances to bring ideas and improve forums. I would also love to become an admin to bring valuable changes and keep myself primarily involved in serving my community, helping everyone, and making positive changes if I had the honor to be part of this team. I'm so good at handling problems, guiding players, and dealing with forums that I can improve the quality, and I previously made a 'topic' about it, which I can help implement if I have some access. Before even thinking about applying for the staff team, I heard admins were calling us out to apply since you guys need admins from different timezones, and I would like to put myself in a position that serves the community and brings a positive impact by being as helpful as I could to the team and everyone else. Moreover, I was an admin once only back in GTA San Andreas at one of the most considerable servers back in the day, and we used to have such a large community I was part of. I went through this kind of responsibility before, and I am currently engaging with a new community, a new family, and a new way that makes me feel I can make a difference here. Being a staff member is not something that I would need to do to bring such a change or help others. It is more like putting myself between hardworking people to help the community in all ways possible, create a sustainable environment for everyone to find their joyfulness and fair play, and be there when they need us to be helpful. My goal is to gather the community and make them feel heard for their suggestions, and their injustice moments, and everyone gets a fair cut in participating in improvements, discussions, and many more for noticeable growth within the community. Positions are made to serve the players, and Grand RP wouldn't be where it is today without you all. Applying for this position is an honorable chance to be able to serve with you. I find myself suitable for this position because I believe I have what it takes to be who you want me to be and do what I must do for the best interests of our beloved community, as well as bring something valuable to the table to allow myself to be part of quality improvement in Grand RP.
2. What are your strengths? As a grown man, I can handle pressure in all circumstances required to perform my duties at my best and my abilities to learn fast, as I like to improve myself constantly and positively impact my surroundings and the environment I am in.
3. What are your greatest weaknesses? Speaking personally, I'm a loving and kind person who cares much about people's emotions. I've seen my emotional approach as a weakness in the past, but as I become older, I turn that into a strength by understanding people when I first look at them and knowing who to trust, who to like, who to ignore, and who to love. I became more approachable, trusted, and loved for always being me. There are no such weaknesses if we look deep into ourselves and find those weaknesses within us and turn them upside down to have the strength we need and to understand ourselves beyond our imagination, and that's what we call confidence. We all fuck up at some point in ourselves, though, but there is a door for improvements, always to become more significant than you ever imagined. That is how I see myself. I know my impressions are far from the question itself, but it kept me thinking about giving an honest answer rather than having a typical answer.
4. Will you be ready to leave RP Life to become an admin? Yes. I barely notice players roleplaying as they are mostly busy doing particular tasks or jobs sometimes unless you approach them while playing. Even I find myself less interested in doing other things than I would be doing as an admin member, which I find pretty interesting to have the capability to bring change and help everyone enjoy their stay. I hope everyone engages in communication and develops the skills to bring RP to its best level. Why do I find myself less interested? It's due to a lack of payment in jobs, buying grants later on, and still not being able to afford the things I genuinely like. As you all know, it's costly, and I'm never afraid of telling the truth, but I always look forward to a perfect solution instead of being negative. I enjoy doing simple things while in the state and bringing the changes I can to make a positive change with this incredible team.
5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin): Yes. I don't have a business, but I currently own real estate.
6. Any IRL issue or Situation that is Preventing you From being Active at the moment? Besides my work as a police patrol, I have nothing else. I work for two days, go off three days, and the circle continues. My activity is decent during vacations, and during my job time, I will be around Discord and forums, participating freely and being active in these fields.
