To give you some context, I was a newcomer in the city and spent my days immersed in Grand RP. Unfortunately, I was not familiar with the rules at that time. Approximately four months ago, I took a hiatus from Grand RP. During this break, my friend's social account was compromised, and he requested to borrow mine.
A few days ago, I decided to rejoin Grand RP, but lacking a social account, I purchased a new one. Regrettably, I was unaware that my IP had changed. On the 2nd of November, both my friend and I received a permanent ban for Gr 1.1.
Interestingly, my friend, who also faced a ban, managed to discuss the matter with FastoQ DeArcy and successfully got unbanned, as evident in the provided proofs. I had invested a significant amount of time grinding for candies to acquire new items, and I am eager to partake in the Halloween event. Grand RP holds a special place in my heart, and all my friends continue to enjoy the game.
I earnestly request your assistance in this matter, and I am willing to undergo a money wipe if necessary. I understand the importance of second chances and assure you that I will not repeat the same mistakes.
On a related note, I submitted a similar application for my twink in the morning, and you mentioned that the twink would not be unbanned. Could you kindly consider extending the favor to my main account? It was banned for the same reason.
