I am writing to discuss my ban due to rule violations. I was banned for violating Rule 3.1 (general misconduct), Rule 6.12 (inappropriate behavior), and racism. First and foremost, I want to express my sincere regret for the incidents and any potentially offensive actions or statements that led to this ban.
I am aware that the mentioned rule violations are unacceptable, and I deeply regret any inconvenience my behavior may have caused to other users or the server itself. Racism is a serious issue that I do not condone or support, and I now understand the seriousness of my statements. I am committed to reevaluating and changing my behavior.
I respect the rules and guidelines of your platform and am willing to adhere to all regulations to ensure that such misconduct does not happen again. I promise that such incidents will not occur in the future.
I would like to inquire if it is possible to reconsider the ban or perhaps reduce its duration. I am willing to apologize and reflect on my actions to have a second chance and be able to participate constructively on the server/platform again.
I am open to discussing the situation or a possible ban reduction and am available to answer any questions or discuss further steps.
