Approved Mass Rule Break I Evil Family + 74092 + 101797+ 98859

Here is the situation and the id's who do rule breaks
I was causally driving down the road from my garage and suddenly I was surprised by a group of people blocking the road I went to them and then they gave me a demand for no valid I left and then came back so they killed me , they revived me and threatened me to get on my knees while they sexualy harassed me

I was forced ( by all of them ) to get on my knees even that (Getto rule 1.11 stated that it is only for cops)
I was listening to demand by running away and got hit by ID 98859 at 4:48 ( breaking of Getto rule 1.12 )
And there is a clear breaking of ( Event rule 1.9 ) at 0:59
N-Word was said by 98859 at 1:25
And as there is more than 4 people so it can be family warning

ID 98859 will receive a punishment for Gen Rule 6.15 + 6.19 + 6.9 ( UB Demands ) + Fl in RP
( No proper demands issued before opening fire )

ID 74092 will receive a punishment for Meta Gaming
( Didn't find any fail RP in provided evidence + Mentioning mute by looking symbol on head )

ID 61038 will receive a punishment for Fear RP
( At 0:31 you saw gun in there hands and also more than 4 people you went back without fearing for your life )

All the players involved are Not from same family so No Mass Rule break from mentioned family ​

For the ID 98856 at 1:25 in POV he used N word for that he got punished also for the same.​
