2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation?
1 - It is actually quite simple. I feel like Gang is where I belong after trying so many things in this city. My background, culture, and traditions are a fantastic fit for someone who needs to manage the Marabunta . Of course, in order to be successful, a fantastic team is always required to fill the gaps. All effective leaders have a perfect team that will provide any assistance required. I believe I have assembled one of the best teams ever assembled to help the organization .
2 - As a leader, I would provide a system for the entire gang to follow and for everyone to have a fair chance to get the rank they deserve based on their attitude and rp skills, which would determine their gang rank and not just them being active and pulling to events, which would make members more satisfied with the system they are involved in, but there will be a strike system that would involve people not showing up to events and not rping.
3 - Not only will I form a nice and strong gang, but I will also ensure that every single member of the gang properly follows RP rules and does not cause any trouble so that everyone may enjoy the server with proper RP. With my knowledge and talents, I would increase the criminal RP experience and continue to improve the bulk of the RP day by day. In the most generous sense, I believe I am well suited for The Marabunta' leadership role.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-> Participating in turf battles.
-> Attacking the Gun Store/Store Robbery/Hostage Situation, and gaining RP by negotiating with LEOs
-> Participating in every event, such as Clandestine, Battleship, and Defending BM Raid.
-> Attacking the FZ Raid
-> Hiring people for Graffiti, And doing actively.
-> Taking out the Ammo Run Trucks (Knowing the Info. ICly).
-> Begin hiring people who understand the rules at the very top.
