Jagga Shikaarii's father was a well-known cartel boss in Los Angeles, in the city of Beverly Hills, who died during a gang war.
jagga then start taking over the cartel and became known to many people in Los Angeles as the son of the cartel boss. but it wasn't easy because of other rivalry gangs
Jagga grew up in an environment where violence and crime were commonplace.
Because he dropped out of secondary school, he did not have the opportunity to receive a comprehensive education.
Jagga worked in his father's cartel and later took it over.
The death of his father and the subsequent war with other gangs and the police shaped him and led to him taking over the cartel and engaging in illegal business.
The sale of weapons/ammunition and drugs was part of jagga's daily routine.
After he decided that the cartel had to go into hiding,

he went to Los Santos and the LSPD and worked undercover there.
Jagga also has a small brother and with him Blue Shark his brother in Los Santos and deciding to undergo facial surgery to go into hiding were Jagga only options.
