Life Story:
Stella’s life began in the chaotic and bustling streets of Tokyo, Japan. The surname Artois was and still is synonymous with corruption, and betrayal. Growing up, Stella was immersed in both the Justice system, and the life of crime. Her father, Steven Artois, was a known member inside the depths of the Yakuza.
When Stella was just 9 years old, they had to quickly move to the chaotic streets of Los Santos, after her father got caught up by the law. The transition to Los Santos was challenging, but Stella adapted quickly to the vibrant environment of the city. After she completely transitioned to the environment of Los Santos, she enrolled in the San Andreas Highway Patrol Police Academy at the age of 18.
Career Story:
Stella started out as a trainee, as all new officers do. Stella's dedication and intelligence propelled her through the ranks of the San Andreas Highway Patrol and gained a reputation for being tough yet fair, and her superiors saw great potential in her. She had a keen eye on what type of people would become good officers, and she became the Chief of Staff of HRT. As the Chief of Staff of HRT, she became the person who saw new officers come and go.
However, as she climbed the ranks, the call and allure of power and wealth began to cast a dark shadow over her once clean intentions. After she realized that her dad was arrested and found dead and lifeless in his cell, the change began. After also realizing that it was the Prison Officers that was the reason for the end of her father, the allure and the wealth of corruption became more and more tempting.
Outcomes:
1.
Stella believes that her hands as an officer are too clean, which means she can engage in any criminal activities while on or off duty
(this includes ghetto killing off-duty and robbing people off-duty, but not any directly against LEOS).
2.
Stella feels that the justice system has failed her, therefore she can break any state law whether on-duty or off-duty
(CCOP, firearm law, Penal Code, procedure for detention and arrest act etc.)
3.
Stella believes that the system is not enough to make people better and sees it as biased, so Stella can; detain (up to 25 min), torture, interrogate, and/or kill anyone (following server rules and with RP reason).
