Why do you want to be the leader of this organization?
Since arriving on this island 1 years ago, I have been involved with various gangs and have been able to define myself more and more with the criminal side. I am ready to write a new story of the Marabunta Grande.
Your suggestions for improving roleplay in the organization:
Of course I want to promote and advance RP in my organization. Through ammo and shoprobs, but also by taking hostages. In the past I have witnessed many hostage situations (on both sides) and would say that I can bring the level of RP to these situations to a new level.
I was a big fan of RP ammo and shoprobs back in my Grove days, I'd like to bring those back to life with a bit more presence.
RP doesn't stop in the above situations of course. I also want my organization to have a presence in the ghetto and on the highways.
I will continue to work towards a good and strong group dynamic and further strengthen this community through events, campaigns and raffles.
What characterizes you as a leader:
As a good leader, I am characterized by clear communication, empathy, decision-making skills, teamwork, mentoring and development, assertiveness, a sense of responsibility and exemplary behavior. I demonstrate integrity, fairness and professionalism and always act in accordance with the values and principles I represent. I create a positive and motivating environment in which all gang members can develop their full potential. As a leader, I am also on the same level as my members and make sure that everyone feels comfortable. We are one is very important to me. However, I also have a good sense of when it is appropriate to draw consequences. I think I was already able to show what makes me stand out as a leader during my time at Grove.
