Life Story: Luna was born rich . Her father was the number one business tycoon in the country. Which also leads to numerous enemies against him. Luna was raised a very good, strong kid. Her father had the biggest business of supplying ammunition. One day her father was being threatened by the underworld mafia to handover the shares of his business to which he denied. The underworld Mafia had planned a clean murder to kill Luna's Dad and they succeeded. They threatened her Mother to run away to another country and they ended up in Los Santos. Luna had lost her father and everything else. She had to take care of her mother and sister as her mother also was ill. She learned new bad ways to make money from the streets of ghetto. She helped in transporting illegal items like drugs and ammunition. She got involved in many crimes including theft , smuggling and murders, but was careful enough to not get caught by the police. One night when she returned back to her small house in ghetto she found her mother dead and her sister was missing. She was all alone and angry at everyone and he blamed everyone for her loss. Then she was taken under by one of the most influential family Royal Elite who helped her further.
Career Story: Luna knew if she joined the State organization and have connections with gangs no one can do anything. She believed this was the deadly combination.
She heard about the open recruitment in SAHP and took the opportunity. She joined in a clean way and worked hard and dedicated in the starting until she came to a certain rank. Luna was the best soldier among her group. When everyone started believing her that was the time she started her plan. She started smuggling guns, Luna used drugs and weed as well. But she was so smart that she never got caught and no one even suspected her. She was so good at leadership skills and very good with her words. Luna boomed her way up to becoming an High Command at SAHP. No one ever had a clue about her illegal activities and this gave her more power and control . Luna used her Position in SAHP to her advantage and continued her illegal ways to make it useful for herself and her family.
Outcomes:
1. Luna can take Bribe (Up to 100k or equivalent value in illegal guns) (No bribe to become a hostage)
2. Luna can buy/sell guns in black market. ( No ORG items.)
