I have been playing on Grand since the beginning and have been able to gain a lot of different experiences on the island. My path began in Marabunta Grande, where I was able to work my way up to High Command. but after a while I decided to to applie to the Families and was able to prove my skills there too. I was eventually given the under deputy rank. My time with the Bloods taught me a lot about the Families on the island. After some time, I decided to invest my time in the Triaden family.
3. why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
I want to become the leader of the organization because my experience in the crime scene has taught me what it takes to achieve success. I am very familiar with the rules and regulations and I want to help the Ballas Gang regain its former strength under my leadership. I attach great importance to respect in dealing with my members, but I still have the assertiveness to lead them in a controlled manner. It is important to me to run my organization in accordance with the rules, which is why I make sure that my members are familiar with the rules in order to avoid problems in this regard. I will ensure this by checking the rules and regulations before joining the gang. To summarize, with the leader position of the Ballas Gang, I would like to reopen a street gang with strength and power, which should always represent the values of a reasonable gang through my very thoughtful approach and ways to solve problems.
4. your suggestions for improving the role play in the organization
I have already thought about how I can promote RP in my organization. On the one hand, I will plan many RP dependent situations like ammorobs, hostage taking and shoprobs and try to raise the level in general by running whole RP strands correctly.
Of course, as a leader I have a calm disposition. I try to solve all kinds of problems with the respective OGs first. If these attempts fail, I will resolve my conflicts in the form of a gang war and prove the strength of my gang to IC.
Communication between my members is also very important to me. That's why I will ensure good group dynamics so that we can achieve our goals together and overcome internal problems.
Last but not least, I also want to improve the RP within my organization. My members will be rewarded for their activity through events, promotions and raffles. This should bring us together as a group and strengthen our cohesion.
