Jake Leng is a 28-year-old Trooper at SAHP who enjoys helping others, playing sports, and hunting.
jake grew up in a lower-class family, always scrapping for food and money to be able to survive.
Because his family was always scrapping by the barrel, Jake took it up upon himself to support his family the best he could, this meant doing odd jobs for shady people.
A lot of these jobs would involve some criminal activity that would always make Jake do things that impacted his moral compass and made him grow colder and colder by the day.
One day when Jake was 21, a big-time street boss approached Jake and offered him a job where he would have to transport a large sum of cocaine.
At first, Jake was a spectacle but when the street boss offered Jake $100K to do it, Jake could not refuse as he knew that money would help his family.
While in the middle of doing the job cops swarmed him and demanded he open the truck he complied and had to be arrested, when he pleaded to the judge to please show him mercy the judge gave him 5 years in prison.
whilst in prison he later found out that the judge, the cops, and everyone involved in his imprisonment was on the street boss's payroll and that he was set up to take the fall.
At this point, Jake had lost complete faith in the government, the judicial system, and those who were supposed to take care of them.
Career Story:
When Jake finished his time in prison, his brother who always saw how Jake suffered to help support their family and make sure there was food on the table and clothes to wear offered him a job at SAHP as a trooper under Anderson Fades term.
To make sure SAHP would not find out about his record his brother knew a guy who could erase his criminal record and make it look as clean as a whistle.
Not long after he joined, Jake proved to be very skilled for this type of work and quickly climbed through the ranks, achieving the Chief of S.W.A.T. position.
One day Jake Leng was arresting someone however during this arrest the 10-15 offered Jake $50k to release him, at first Jake refused but then he realized that being in SAHP was not enough money for him so he ended up accepting the offer and he did not regret it as his moral compass was already destroyed and his hunger for money grew everyday.
After this incident, Jake decided to move to LSPD in Billy Booth's term and because of his vast experience in SAHP he was quickly offered and accepted the position of DHOD of IA, he spent multiple terms in LSPD before ultimately returning to SAHP in JayJay Lees terms where he was offered and accepted the position of Chief of IA and later promoted to Chief of Staff of IA in which he used this powerfull position to accept more and more bribes and because of his position, no one would ever know he was not as clean as he said he was.
Outcomes:
1. Jake has a very clean History and Always had a clean hand as a LEO, which means he can engage in any criminal activities while on or off duty
(this includes ghetto killing off-duty and robbing people off-duty, but not any directly against LEOS).
2. As Jake No longer Trusts the Judicial System and The government, he can break any state law whether on- or off-duty
(CCOP, firearm law, Penal Code, the procedure for Detention and Arrest Act, etc.)
3. As Jake Thinks that the Whole Judicial system is a joke and Thinks it is biased, Jake can; detain (up to 25 min), torture, interrogate, and/or kill anyone (following server rules and with RP reason).
4. Jake Doesn't Trust the Judicial system and believes it's unfair, so he may reduce any 10-15s sentences and fines, but he may also increase them to a bogus amount (Up to 100k in extra fines).
5. Jake may lie about any information relating to him in order to protect his own status.
6. Jake's desire and love for money and success makes him see the value in breaking 10-15s out of prison, therefore he may break any prisoner out of the DOC utilizing the Darknet only.
