Hello Dear James and Alex I hope you are having a good day.

I was just trying to get someone under level3 into my car for the hotel takeover mission I didn't mean to kill him, I just wanted to move his scooter away so he could get into my car but his scooter is accidentally exploded and he died. Afterwards, I patched him up and apologized. I don't think I deserve a Warning for VDM
