Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 116309 will receive a punishment for UB Demand + General Rule 6.15 + Getto Rule 1.12
(In the given POV ID 116309 Issued demands to ID 16839 without Proper counting at 00:15, ID 116309 shot and killed ID 16839 without proper RP at 00:25 and ID 116309 killed ID 16839 after he had clearly left the area.)
However,
ID 16839 will receive a punishment for Meta Gaming.
(In the given POV ID 16839 Said "he killed me" over a 3rd party application to his friend in Bengali language at 00:47.)
