Three months ago I got banned for general rule 1.3 (1.3 Any fraud against players is prohibited | PERMANENT BAN and we do not refund lost money).
That day, I was selling a couple of cars in front of my house, like every day I did. I sold a couple of cars, a guy came and looked at two Mercedes C63s, one was fulltune, the other partially. He tried one, then the other, and then we haggled over the price of the max because he liked it better. We agreed on the price and when I offered him a car to buy he refused once for some reason. Then I started to offer him again, but by mistake I put the partially upgraded one because they were standing next to each other on the list of cars and he refused as well. I asked him something like: "Brother, what would you do if you refuse twice, do you take it or not?", he says: "We agreed on maxan, not this one, now you are going to the forum," I say, "Brother, what did I do for?" ,, he says: ,, you offer me a cheaper car for the same money,,. I sincerely apologized to him and lowered the price almost twice because my goal is not to get banned because of the car, but to earn some dinars. He left and said that he will not hit me because he can see that it was not intentional. I found him on discord after that and wrote with him and he said that everything is cool, that he won't hang out and that's it. After two days of that, my friends in the fam chat write to me that I am suspended on the site, I open it and I have everything to see. After some time I got banned. At the sight of the gentleman, you can see how I offer him a car and he refuses, and thus Mr. Trajko decided to accept the appeal. I'm not saying that it was a bad decision, it's just that the whole situation wasn't shown well and the gentleman who got mad at me deleted the video from his YT channel immediately after accepting the complaint, probably so that a bigger admin wouldn't see it and act differently. I don't think two years of gaming is worth $300,000 to scam someone. I was there from the very beginning of the RS server, of course I played on the EN1 server before. I didn't play on the nina RS server or on EN for three months because I had some lack of motivation to start all over again, and I didn't want to write apael because I heard that they were all 1.3. bans unapaelable.
Thank you for reading this extensive request and thank you for your trust. I don't have a problem no matter how my request is decided, I just wanted to return what I literally lost for nothing, and I spent two years there. Enjoy and keep running this server like a doctor.
