Rejected rejection of admin application / Emad Pluxury

good evening i am making this message due to the fact my app for admin was rejected 2 weeks ago for("learn more about the server rules, and spend more time as a player to learn all things in the server before applying for admin.) i think this wrong i was never interviewed and i have 20 years ic. i then reapplied for admin and was rejected for "be more active, you only started playing yesterday" all i am asking if for a chance to prove my self by being interviewed.
