Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I have been in the server for a very long time and I have a lot of people who will come and support me as a gang leader, I already have a lot of people who are ready to join so I will have a great team behind me to teach new players how to rp in a gang environment and teach them the rules creating a positive environment for people to learn how to roleplay as currently gangs are just inviteing people from the hotel and not teaching them causing alot of rule breaks from gangs and when those people get punished they dont learn why it is happening I hope to change this and make it a more inviteing for new players to join.
Throughout my time of playing, I have played over 6m in both state & crime with me being deputy/leader over 10 times throughout this time, meaning I know what it is like to be an leo & a gang member, I have the perspective from both sides, I am wanting to make my leadership something both leos and gang can enjoy by doing negations that are fair and not just one-sided to only gang members have a huge advantage.
I have also been a Leader of Families this shows my knowledge of the rules and experience of running a gang and keeping up activity and allows us to get the most out of the people who come and have the experience to teach them the rules so they will not get punished and have an enjoyable experience.
Advice for Improving Roleplay in the Organization:
I plan to set out a clear structure for the gang so that players will have the chance to improve themselves and work towards something and not just be inviting everyone at rank 9 means people will feel like they are achieving something and this should also increase the activity of those in the gang.
I plan to implement ammo trunk hitting, and hostage situations outside of the ghetto as currently 80% of hostage situations are done in the ghetto to give an unfair advantage to crime, I also will make sure people are patrolling the ghetto as current ghetto activity from gangs is lacking and will also make sure people to the graffiti.
I plan to have the gang do multiple store/gun store robbers a day with high attendance from my gang as well as doing hostage situations at those robberies, I will also do all the things such as FZ Raids/Trufs/Clands/Battleship while maintaining high activity for those events.
