Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report

There is insufficient evidence as to that it was a NG solider that was up on that roof since it could have been any ORG member shooting from that roof.

We will let NG leader and other ORG leaders know and to be careful about use of roofs in FZ Raid.​
