Hello, so I was banned for rule 1.9 and I have now been told it was probably for buying a car for 1k and transferring the rest in cash.

I had not long started in the city and was the first car I bought, I did not know about this rule and was just told by the person selling the car how to do it which I now know was wrong :(

Could I ask for a second chance please now know the rule and it won’t happen again. Thank you
