My Information about power gaming is ( to do unrealistic things that wouldn't happen in the real world) so holding a hostage with 3 people its not unrealistic because there are many real stories about the kidnapping of hostages by one, two or three people, and I can prove that, but not here for lack of prolongation. any one can dm me for proof of that .
Anyway, I will talk about the situation , we are not 3 people we are 5 people we already take a free pass and we ready to leave but the police shot two people in other car the drive fear about his life so he run and other one try to drive car to be near from the 3 people but the police kill him
you can see the proof of my words in pov of player ID (53613) in the forum from min 4:25 until min 4:41 this is prove that we are not 3 people we are 5 but police break rules by shooting and kill and they receive punishment for that
you may also ask me about this rules (U can only have an hostage with u when u have 4 players and 2 cars1 negotiating and 3 pointing guns) Although this rule its not mentioned clearly that part of power gaming in gta rp discord
But let me prove that we also did not break this rule by my pov in forum
First, I did not take a hostage, or when I had the hostage, there were 17 people with me not 3 people ( proof of that in pov )
Secondly, I had more than 5 car ( proof of that in pov )
Third, when negotiating with the police, I had more than 4 people outside and about 13 people inside the store. This was during the negotiation with the police. During the negotiations, the hostages were inside, and when they came outside, there were more than 5 holding weapons to their heads I did not negotiate with the police and there were only two people with me as mentioned ( 3 players including leader ) ( proof of that in pov in forum )
you may ask me , why there is no 3 people pointing guns in hostage and 1 negotiating ? the answer is because we are not negotiating in this time we already finish negotiating by taking a free pass before you see us 3 people so we do not need to pointing guns because we already end negotiating and ready to escape . how we can escape if we still pointing guns on the hostage ? how we can enter cars and run if we still pointing guns on hostage ? as i know the police must take a hostage and make sure he is a safe place during we enter the cars and escape but the opposite happened the police did not take the hostage to a safe place and they opened fire on us
We could not escape after the police broke the rules. We were supposed to 5 people and two cars there, but they opened fire on a car, killing one person, and the other fled. we were forced to be 3 of people after what the police did, and not as mentioned, we were only 3 of people with the hostage. the 3 people could have fled or fought, but we did not do that. We stayed to talk to the police about what went wrong, and then we asked for an admin.
As I said, we were 17 people during the negotiations and during the hostage-taking
The negotiation ended with money for one of the hostages and a free pass for the other hostage
Here was the problem during the free pass because two cars were supposed to remain with five people
But as I mentioned previously, the police opened fire on one of the cars in which there were two people, which led to one person fleeing for fear of his life, and the other remained trying to approach us in the other car, but he was killed.
At these moments, while this was happening, there were two people with me, one of them inside a car, ready to escape with us, and another one was holding the hostage, and I was ready to escape. We were not negotiating with the police at this time, as mentioned, were only three people. Rather, we were ready to escape with the other car, which was shot by police ( all in forum pov )
When I saw the police breaking the rules, i had no choice but to stay and ask the police if this was the free pass i say it many time to them ( check my pov in forum in min 9:15 )
We had already left the hostage and were ready to escape with the rest of the family
But when I saw the police breaking the rules, I stood up and talked to them that this was the free pass . I was talking to them to correct this mistake or reverse it, but I was surprised by the police negotiator asking me to put my hands up and surrender.
Here I saw that the police, instead of correcting the mistake, wanted to benefit from it, by saying that we were accompanied 3 people and a car instead of 5 people and two cars.
Upon seeing and hearing this, I called an admin to explain to him what happened from the police , but what I saw from the admin was shocking to me because he did not give me a chance to explain what happened. Rather, he told me that there were more than a number and I should obey them. Then he told a police person named John that he know what he do then he leave ( proof of that on my pov in forum )
I did not stay in the situation with two people to hold a hostage or to negotiate. I stayed to talk to the police about what went wrong. I stayed to ask for an admin, and this is clear in my pov
After that happened, the police killed me and those with me and took us to prison. I did not break any rules during that, but rather I obey to them until I entered the prison.
Then I decided to upload a forum to explain what had happened by the police and the same admin took over the forum he Requesting POV for me and my family and i told him that he supposed to request POV from fib and lspd
Indeed, he did this to find out the truth about who did the first shooting
The truth revealed to him that it was actually the police who broke the rules, and he punished them for that
But I was surprised that despite his knowledge of the truth, it was the police who opened fire on the other car, killed one person, and forced the other to flee.
However, he also considered that we were three people being held hostage, and he did not take into account that we were forced to be three people because of a police error, and that we were not planning for that.
I don't know why I and two people are being punished and my family receive warning because of the mistakes of others
You can punish me if I was the one who started breaking the rules, not punish me for a mistake I was forced to be in it because of the mistakes of others.
