Born in Milton RD (vinewood) Can grown up in vinewood in a very rich family . His father was a gangster . He was drug dealer, criminal and gang members . He got trained from his father and became a part of gang when he was 14 years old.When he completed his age of 20 years he became a good shooter and one of the highest command in gang.
After a long time he felt guilty that he has been doing wrong and he murdered many people and robbed them and he was thinking to leave this things. So he decided to join Los Santos Police Department and wanted to be sheild of the citizens and wanted to serve himself for city.
He joined LSPD at the age of 23 and has been working well in the department and now he is the Assistant Chief , because of his skill and hard work in the LSPD. As he has been in gang and he earned a lot of money in it and in LSPD he didn't gained profit thats why he wanted to make money as a police officer and wanted to take revenge from his enemies too which are in other gangs and somewhere his habit of greediness is still there in Can.
