I want to emphasize that I was unaware of any rules or policies prohibiting the use of external applications, and I believed I was in compliance with all regulations.

I am fully committed to cooperating and adhering to all server policies and regulations. I understand that there may have been a mistake, and I pledge to ensure it does not happen again in the future.
