Approved Bloods using Rooftops | 00000 ID

In this video you can clearly see members of Bloods gang using rooftops to pick off members of National Guard during the raid of Fort Zancudo. First off I died to him and then he proceeded to fire at the rest of our units. I couldn't see his ID due to him being up there but this would be more of a report towards the whole org.
